Disgusting services

Hi my name is pretisha rajaram I with like to complain about telkom I've been usin telkom for the past three months wifi and my monthly bill is R335 which has been up to date since this month 2026 I've received a bill of R578 then another bill of 1100 and pay has been made I hve proof my services has been disconnected which isn't fair at all telkom doesn't inform theys customers of extra tax also I've been told if the debit is due at the end of the month I shud pay the account 10 days earlier how can I do so if debit is set fir the last day of each month if nit we hve to pay a penalty of 22 which is absolutely unfair pls can I get assistance in sorting this issue out
