Telkom is the worst company to deal with!!!

I took fibre with vumatel using telkom as a service provider. Vumatel did their part and installed everything, when I call telkom to activate our fibre lines they are giving me the run around, it's been 3 days of calling every single day to try and get our fibre up and running and no one can help me because apparently my details aren't updated so the technical department can't connect me and I'm directed to the sales department again...for 3 days I've been calling and still no help, we are working from home and we are struggling without fibre.

Telkom is the worst, they are not helpful. Do not take any fibre services from them because you will not have any fibre at all like some of us. I am so angry, we are receiving appalling services
