Disgusting service yet again!

On the 31st of March 2025, I cancelled my insurance with Telkom for 2 devices, a Huawei Nova 8i and Nova Y60. It was an immediate cancelation. On the 25th of April 2025, a debit order goes off on my account so I called Telkom Insurance to enquire why money was taken from my account and Nthabiseng said it shouldn't have and asked me to send an email with my invoices and statement. I then told her that my invoices and statement do not reflect insurance and asked if I could instead attach my account statement and she said yes. I sent my billing from them anyway and a snip of my banking app that shows that money was taken. I then get a response from Sharon asking for my invoice and I reiterated that my billing does not include my insurance but sure enough, every month money is being deducted so I attached 6 month's banking statements to show that money was taken from my account. I then get a response from Sabelo asking for my invoice to which I responded saying, yet again, that my billing does not reflect insurance but every single month money is being deducted for insurance. I was fed up and placed a call to them and spoke to Patricia. Patricia advised me of the same old story and then I got highly irritated and irate and told her to put me through to someone who will assist and that I will not hang up until someone assists me. She put me on hold and came back and gave me an email address that belongs to Cherylize. I then compiled an email explaining what transpired and expressed my frustration about being asked for invoices even though I have explained many times that they do not include the insurance. I also reattached my 6 months worth of my banking statement to that clearly shows that money has always and was deducted on the 25th of April as well. I just received a call from Cherylize who apologized for the inconvenience and in the same breath said it's not my fault but it's not their fault either but acknowledged that I am due a refund. What ****es me off is the fact that I do not care what call center industry one is in, there is ALWAYS and Accounts department. My bank statement and their accounts department can check and verify that a payment was indeed deducted from my account but they insist on me providing info I don't have. In fact, have NEVER EVER received as far as billing reflecting. The fact that when I call I to their insurance line, I DK authentication and pass it, is proof enough that I was a client a of theirs. They even verified I cancelled on the 31st of March. It's very easy for these fools to deduct money but when they need to refund they play hot potato and it's enraging. Cherylize literally said "it's not your fault but it's not our fault either". I don't care if it's Telkom insurance, I store or call center, they are all an extension of Telkom's brand. She also told me that I need to take time out of my day and go to the Telkom store to find out why this I surance wasn't included on my invoice and I call Bull****!!!! I said why can't you call the Southgate branch and find out and they can then give you the info you need rather than inconvenience for a mistake I didnt even make. I didn't say they must not add it to my invoice nor did I ask Telikm Insurance to incorrectly debit my account even though they know I cancelled. Look at Telkom's reviews. They are absolutely shocking! 1.5 stars and it seems they simply don't care. I actually want the call recording for the 25th of April and you will hear that I made her aware that I don't think my invoices show that I'm paying and where I asked if I could attach proof of the money being deducted. I want that recording. I will NOT go to Southgate and I want this sorted. You were quick to debit my account but now am being punished for your staff's incompetence whether it's the store or call center. I didn't ask for this. Fix it or I will have to blast you the way I see fit. You guys actually create irate customers. It's actually diabolical. Playing hot potato??? It's not us, it's the store. Why can't you communicate with them and sort it out that way? I want my refund please!
