Disgusting service yet again
<p>I signed up for the R799 promo at the beginning of January for 10mbps ADSL which included a free router and Wifi Extender. The store did not have stock of the extender and I was promised that they would receive stock within 2 weeks. Since then I have visited the store multiple times, called the call centre and even called the line for new deals. The lady at the store was absolutley rude and told me to purchase one from Makro. Really guys what the hell are you guys doing.??? Further to this I was charged for the free router... absolutely digusting. If i had a choice I would leave Telkom but alas ...</p>

Guys, what the hell is going on???? You guys are advertising for free wifi extenders on TV but to date i have not received an update nor have I received my wifi Extender.

Still absolutely no response from this pathethic excuse for a service prover. 5 months on and i still don't have my device. A month and a half since I logged the complaint and still no response what the F%$#!!!!!!
