Disgusting Service !!! Worse Service Provider Ever !!!!

The worst service provider ever!!!! Telkom owed me a credit since Jan 2019 when I cancelled my ADSL line. After requesting my credit of R446 for 2 years they decided to refund me the money in 2021. they sent me an email and smses advising me of the refund. They refunded me in June 2021 only to deduct from my bank July 2021!!! So I called them and they said I should reverse it and they will sort it out. Then Dec 2021 they handed me over for R1257 for the R446 and RD charges! What a cheek! I have to now pay them the money they owed me three times over!!!! I need someone to call me to sort this out... your call centre is useless, no one understands what to do to resolve this.. even a Credit Control supervisor called Sindisiwe Radebe who I spoke to for over 30min in Dec '21 hasnt bothered to resolve this as promised . I am now at wits end with TELKOM !!!!
