DISGUSTING SERVICE- WORSE PROVIDER EVER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WIFI service is the worse,logged a fault with telkom 3rd March 2021, escalated it as well got all the reference numbers, been told a technician will be at premises same day, its been 5 days and still no technician. called earlier today was told technician was despatched at 10:08 , its lunch time already and we still waiting for them to come.i am disgusted by the service of Telkom and the sad part is my mom is a pensioner and she doesnt know what else to do, they are lying and telling us technician will come and we still waiting, it will be best to cancel this contract with them and move somewhere else. this is not the first time its happening last month the wifi was off for a week and they feel absolute nothing for their clients especially the elderley. Telkom call me urgently and resolve this blady query ASAP
