Disgusting service. Useless call centre agents

I am absolutely disgusted with the service from Telkom.

I have spent the better part of today being pushed from pillar to post trying to get a copy of my mobile contract that I upgraded in jan this year.

Absolutely no one knows their job or who can assist.

Really don't know why I keep renewing my contract. Sick and tired of the worst service I've ever received.
