disgusting service Tshapang (call agent)

Spoke to Tshapang on the call center who refused to put me to team leader and has a bad attitude just frustraing me more. Very poor service from her. She needs to have customer care and not be rude to a customer. When I phoned again after 30mn I was there is no team leader on duty from Zanele. Team leaders should be helping cust. Leaft message for team leaders to call previously but they do not return call. Then why be a team leader if you cannot help customers
