DISGUSTING SERVICE towards A 75yr old Pensioner

Telkom's Sales Divisions backlog should not be the problem of the customer!!! Their service is **********!!!! Today I called almost every number they have only to be pushed from pillar to post!! That too is my 75yr old mum in laws account. Thank GOD I cancelled my personal Telkom account, they are just inefficient!!! My mum in law logged a call more than a month ago and her account was not amended accordingly. Ref 258129. Called again today and they want to log another call!!!!???? Sibusiso took the first call over a month ago and todau Nozibusiso was just as useless. Waiting for her Team Leader Mitchell to call back...not sure if that will ever happen.
