Disgusting service Telkom Store Mooirivier Potchefstroom

This is the worse service ever from the Telkom Store Mooirivier Potchefstroom. The cancelation of the contract done by the manager Gugu last Wednesday 18th February 2026. Was told it would take 24hours by her the manager. It's Telkom's responsibility to cancel the contract and give me a new contract with a new handset. But Gugu knows everything about this situation regarding the handset and knows my warranty ends next month. Is there anyone out there who can help me with this. I advise people not to buy anything from this Telkom store. So since the 3rd November 2025 is when the handset has been repaired for the third time to this day. Very disgusted in the service received. Not even the AREA MANAGER can help me. So what does he do when comes to the store. He didn't even have the decency to come speak to me when I was there or call me. It's all about selling their products and thereafter not their responsibility.
