Disgusting service Telkom LTE/Mondo

Telkom......... Well what can I say no service after sale Cannot reverse payment an refuse to pay for BAD /NO service , or even cancel because of their incompetence .. you will get black listed ... This is disgusting . The staff are either not trained it just plain stupid but they have jobs ... More qualified an competent people are unemployed ....

My LTE is still not active an my old data on old sim still vanished ..... But we wait for Telkom..... Once the sale is concluded commission made the service stops right there ...
