Disgusting service & talking it's consumers for granted

It feels so good to finally say no more to Telkom and their incompetence .I will not renew my contract cos this time your call centre agent Nonhlanhla calls me back with regards to a email that someone listens to a recording .Guess they did listen to it but now thay im requesting it I need a lawyer .Does telkom take people for granted or think we are idiots. I am cancel my contract from the 1st of April cos it goes to show how little this company think of the people who pay their salaries .So heres to losing a customer of 4 years ,and portantially 6 year
