Disgusting Service. Sh*tty Service

I ordered a contract device with Telkom online, they debited my account but failed to deliver on time. My delivery was delayed because they were out of stock. On Thursday the device was delivered but the device is not working ???????? its not switching on . I called Telkom several times requesting them for another device they told me to take it to the nearest Telkom store when I got there they told me that they won't exchange the Device since I ordered online but they will take it in for repairs. Now i have to wait for 21 days to get the device????. Month end they will debit my account but i don't have the device with me ????????
