Disgusting service rendered

What a disgusting service they rendered and very *********** in solving issues. For the past eight(8) days they cannot have my line to function, each time I am told I have to wait 5 - 24 hours for my issue to be resolved. I spoke to the lady by the name of GUGU SIBIYA who was very errogant and even when I asked to be referred to their supervisor just kept me on hold only to come back after 10 minutes saying I cannot speak to anyone I have to wait take what she tells me and she can not help me
