Disgusting service regarding Telkom wireless landlines phones

I'm disgusted with the appalling service from Telkom. Since last year we have been struggling with our Telkom landlines which telkom converted out of their to wireless prepaid phones they supp**** us with a phone that doesn't keep charge gave us the run around to stores, stores are u able to assist said we need to contact online sales they send us back to a stores months have gone by we u able to operate our business nor can relatives or friends get hold of us our 2nd landline number was also converted... Phone nor Sim arrived... Then we were blocked from loading airtime for yearly subscription. Went into a Telkom store numbers are canceled off their system they unable to do anything. Landlines we use in case of emergency as we have our elderly mum at home it it was our means of communicating as she doesn't like cellphones. One landlines we had for over 30 years which we converted to prepaid now we lost it for good due to *********** staff at Telkom. Telkom launches new products but didn't do proper research with wireless phones. I sincerely hope that someone at Telkom would assist after reading this.
