Disgusting service , quite frankly appalling

Long story short telkom has been signing me up to contracts without my consent for the past 2 years and on top of that they've been allowing breaches to/on my sim for about the same period. Went to the store where I actually procured my sim card and phone and I was told by the manager at Telkom Westwood to basically "go f#*& myself", this... after a heated exchange I'll admit but there was no need for him to tell me off, a simple "we can't help you "would've done the trick.but I'm utterly disappointed in telkom I've stuck by their brand through their shenanigans with personal information but today was the last straw.
