Disgusting service providers

Worst service ever. We moved offices in September 2023 asked for our landline to be moved at the beginning of August, this was never done when i contacted them in November they said they didn't get this request. instead they disconnected the number but kept charging, they then said i should pay an amount of 4.3k to clear outstanding amount and they would refund till today nothing has been done. no line or refund. On the 3rd JANUARY THEY SAID I SHOULD GO DO APPLICATION IN STORE AND THAT WOULD BE FASTER. I went to Gateway Express and was assisted by Ntokozo Mbatha who said they didn't have the device gave me sim cards and promised to call within 14 Days. Till today i have had no contact from them and am the one who keeps calling and still haven't received the service, in the meantime Telkom makes deductions every month. this morning I spoke to a manager Mr Danisa who promised to escalate my query and include me in the mail. I have called several times today and he is still unavailable( i suppose still typing the email)

To conclude I have come to the conclusion that the service at Telkom is pathetic and they have no regard for the customers but just after taking money for services they are unable to provide.
