Disgusting Service!!! or rather lack of service

put in an order to relocate on the 15th of may.. its 27th if June and I dint even have an appointment date for a technician to come install my line.

They apparently tried to call me on the 30th of may "lies" and I didn't answer so the order was sent back to orders and they couldn't book me another appointment and had to go to there IT department which tool 3 weeks!!!!! they then closed my order and I had to log another one which I did and since then I have not heard a thing and its going on 2 weeks!!!

How do you run your business like this? every time I call you guys are offline? Absolutely disgusted by your lack of service and can not wait for fibre to be everywhere so people are not forced to deal with your ****ty service!!!
