DISGUSTING SERVICE - NO FEADBACK- NO REPAIR

I Reported that my fax line was dead to 10217 0n the 19 October 2015, A Reference 241CRZ191015 was issued. After many calls and an escalation number 768929, on the 27 October I was informed that the fault had not yet been assigned to a technician, I was told that they would send an email to escalate this further. Today I called again and was told that the call center had received a commitment that the repair would be done by the 30 October. In the mean time I have had no direct feedback from Telkom.Today is 9 November 2015. the line is still broken.
