Disgusting service! Never to be trusted!

Pathetic service! Or shall I say no service at all! I can never seem to get through to speak to a consultant, when I step into a telkom store, staff can be rude and unhelpful! How do we get queries resolved if this is the type of problems we encounter? I have been trying to get information from last wk, only to still ****** be on hold indefinitely! Absolutely ridiculous, cannot wait to cancel my contract. I am definitely never taking a telkom contract again. What's the use getting affordable rates when you can't get good enough service? I'd rather pay more to be a valued customer and receive excellent service when I need it!!
