Disgusting service, inefficient systems

These people are actually *****sters, they debit whenever they want and THEN charge you for not having money on the day they randomly debit you. Their App is also useless, I made a payment there but it has been over 10 days and the payment has not been allocated to my account. When you call them they make excuses instead of taking accountability. I cannot wait for my contract to end so I can free myself from this nightmare
