Disgusting Service GG

Good Day, I hope that someone high up in telkom sees this!

I went to the greenstone store on the 1st of November 2020 to upgrade my line speed, I was assured by the staff that it would take 2 to 3 Days, Two Weeks Later im still waiting for them to UPGRADE MY LINE SPEED!!!!!! This service is disgusting. I have to literally phone them every day to ask them has it been done before they do anything im this is BS. It takes 72hrs for link africa to change the line speed not two weeks. SO TELKOM ARE YOU DOING???? that it takes more than 2 weeks to upgrade my line speed! YOUR THEN GOING TO BILL ME FOR A SERVICE THAT I DO NOT HAVE!!!!!!!!!! HOW IS THIS FAIR?
