Disgusting Service from your manager

I had a problem with trying to load Telkom data, after about 2 hours I asked to speak to the Manager Kathelong Mamasik - she refused to speak to me. I asked 3 times and each time she customer care lady came back and said she is unable to speak to me. Clearly she couldn't be bothered to assist me. Goodbye Telkom - I can take my business elsewhere - I don't need this disrespect from one of your 'managers'.
