Disgusting service from telkom store

I am disgusted and disappointed by the type of service and treatment I got from the Telkom store at Wonderpark mall in Pretoria on 7 March 2020. I even regret having a contract with Telkom. The consultant was so rude and disrespectful towards my fiancé and I. He kept shouting at us for no apparent reason and he blatantly said he would not assist us. They even closed the store at 16:45 whereas they should close at 17:00. The consultant didn’t even have a name tag on and he profusely refused to tell me his name and his reason to this was that “it’s none of my business”. Apparently his name is Joshua, I heard this from the other consultants as they were reprimanding him. This kind of service is unacceptable. I felt so humiliated and belittled by this
