DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM TELKOM SERVICE PROVIDER

I am very disappointed & disgusted with the poor service from Telkom. I have been a loyal Telkom user for years now. I've had a an incident where I could not check my data balance or use it for the past 5 days. I explained this to the agent that picked up my call and the manager who I escalated this to. I was concerened about the data that I purchased and could not use, I purchased data about two weeks ago and before it depleted I had these issues. I purchased data again thinking that maybe I had run out (which is not the case because my data always expires even before I;ve used it all up). The manager told me that their system says I have been using internet (which I haven't) and that their system is "100% accurate and never lies". I explained to him that I was more concerned about my data which I cannot use nevermind the money that I lost buying data. Their system did not have a record of me purchasing airtime or data (which I did). right after buying the data, I ussually get a notification to say my balance had been replenished, I did not get this message. I am unable to check or use my data since last week Wednesday. The lady (agent) I spoke to even denies that I purchased airtime, I was shocked! They kept telling me about their system and how it is never wrong and said they will send me my data usage. I explained to them over and over before being very irrate and dropping the call - BUT "mam, the system says" is all they told me. so I am looking for a better service provider because clearly Telkom does not need my money any longer. Telkom, I have always promoted Telkom to my friends and family while other people said it's **** and now I have experienced the poor network service and poor customer service myself. No more! You've lost a LOYAL customer!
