Disgusting service from Telkom sales

I have never experienced such poor service before. And this call was for me to get an account with telkom but I changed my mind. I don't even know who i spoke to but the call lasted about 14 minutes. The sales person took all my details for the contract and then before i could ask any questions, he advised me that my account will be debited within 48 hours. I then advised that i wasnt aware of that and i would then do the contract in July as I still need to cancel the current contract i am on. The sales person then became very irritated with me and while i was still speaking, he dropped the call. Please listen to the call and provide me with feedback asap. The call was at 09:31 26.06.18 from an 012 number to my cellphone number.
