Disgusting Service from Telkom regarding *****

On the 23rd of May 2018, my husband received an invoice for a new contract taken out in Durban. Immediately he went to the nearest Telkom store to query this to which the consultant rep****: 'its nothing to worry about as there is nothing like that on his system'. He then called the Telkom call centre for assistance and after holding for half an hour ( which is always the case when calling Telkom), He was then advised that indeed someone has taken out a contract on his name **********ly in Durban at the Bluff store. Telkom requested an email with an affidavit to be sent to them so that they may investigate the matter. The email with the affidavit was sent on the 25 May 2018. He received no feedback whatsoever from Telkom until the 4th of June 2018; he then requested feedback on the 4th of June 2018. Received a reply on the 5th of June 2018 stating that Telkom is still investigating this matter. 6 WORKING DAYS LATER! After another email from my husband there has still not been a response to date.

Telkom refuses to adjust his bill and they have added the ********** contract amount to his debit order, his also been advised that his Wifi contract will be suspended as it is linked to the ********** contract.

This means that he will not be able to use the wifi ( which is for business use at home) as this will be suspended even though he is still paying for it as well as the ********** contract that was approved in store using ********** documents.

The consultants name who was assisting my husband is: Bafana Mxhego. Or should I rather say the consultant who has not assisted my husband!
