Disgusting service from telkom online.

I have app**** online for a contract through telkom last week Thursday the 30/11/2017, received and email saying my order has been placed and I will receive a call from an agent in 48hours. I'm still waiting and it's now the 8/12/2017. I have even app**** again for the contract to speak to anybody about it but got told by the sales person that my order was in fact only filled on Monday. Even if it had been filled on Monday (72hours after my application) it is now Friday and still not a word from them. Why have an online system if you haven't got a capacity to work it Telkom?
