Disgusting service from Telkom Mutual Park

Dear Telkom Your services is very poor even before the Lock down, Your consultants are misleading when they are making sales. I app**** for and upgrade for a pocket rooter at Telkom Mutual in Pinelands and there was a promotion of 20gig which was 10gig anytime and 10gig night surfer and the ending date of the contract was June 2020. Yesterday 1/4/2020 Telkom gave me a 500mb and when i called to inquire i was told the promotion ended and now until June i will be receiving 500mb and paying the same price of R139.00, this is not what i signed up for, it doesn't make sense for me to upgrade from 2gig to a 500mb and also the 2gig was supposed to be canceled in Feb 2020 and yet no one called but Telkom kept on deducting and i had to call after spending hours waiting on line i was told they cancelled it and will deduct until May 2020.

Telkom is ***** company and their consultants are given us disgusting services just for sales and now i am stuck with contract until June that i didn't sign up for.
