disgusting service from Telkom mobile

Telkoms signal is terrible on incoming and outgoing calls as well as the data, i am losing business because of this iv gone into the store over the past month and the customer service is disgusting i have requested settlement of my contract 4 times and i still have not got it i need my settlement asap so i can move to a more reliable service provider
