DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM TELKOM

NEVER EVER have I had to navigate around a website for two hours, spend my own money on calling them, only to receive no assistance with topping up my wifi data. surely it should be easy to give them oney. When this lock down is over, I'm cancelling my account. Useless customer support Telkpm. Shame on you. All I want to do is topup, and I have to enter multiple passwords, not just one, but several different ones no matter how m any times I update or change it, the topup still won't accept my current password. PLEASE CAN I HAVE SOME ASSISTANCE
