Disgusting service from Telkom

This is my last contract that I will ever take out from Telkom. I've had my fair share of horrible service before with them but this is the worst.. So my new SGH 21plus has been giving me problems for the past 3-4months and I've got the phone for like 5 months. The device is heating up so much that it cannot do anything. So I went to a telkom store yesterday and the ladies were awesome until they put me on the phone with a lady named Phumla. I told the lady what's wrong with my phone and that it's a contract and she tells me to buy another phone. I kept on telling her my phone is only few months old and she insist get another phone or buy another one. Or asked her if she's crazy cos I keep saying my phone is fairly new and I'm paying alot of money for it then she got rude. I asked for her name and surname to log a complaint she gave her name and refused to give her surname or reference and just dropped the phone in my face. So 2 of my new devices are giving me problems and telkom refused to take it back and replace my phones. I would definitely not advice anyone anymore to go to telkom after giving them so many customers. I have a team of 20 people and 17 of them went to telkom because of me. So whoever sees this post just don't do contracts with Telkom anymore. Just go to another network or buy your airtime.
