DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM TELKOM

Yet again another disappointing experience with Telkom Online sales. I have been approved on the 14th of December already, yet no delivery. I have spoken to soooo may consultants, they are lying through their teeth. Just an example, this morning, a certain consultant told me there is stock of my order and the courier company will be in contact with me within an hour. It is 2 hours later, no call from the couriers. Again I called Telkom, another consultant tells me, sorry ma'am, but there is no stock and you will just have to wait for the SMS, we are not sure about the exact date which our shipment will arrive. WTH, is this how Telkom handle pay9ing customers? DISGUSTING SERVICE to say the least.
