disgusting service from telkom and its consultants

I recently got ****** and needed to do a sim swap, I went to the Telkom store in N1 City on the 26th of June 2021 and I was assisted by Anelisa Mankaya in the store, she advised that the sim would be active by Monday 28.06.2021, Monday came and went and the sim was still not active, I then went to the Telkom store in Claremont to get assistance regarding my issue I was then advised that since the call/case was logged at N1 city they could not assist me and I would need to go back there, when I contact the store and speak to Anelisa who initially helped me she says I must stop disturbing her as she is busy with other clients and she hangs up, am I not a customer? is this the service we should be subjected to by your consultants? i am appauled and I need my phone number back as in yesterday.
