Disgusting Service from Telkom

This is extremely bad service. I sent many reviews on hello peter but to no satisfaction. I am now taking this to the ombudsman. I have not got my refunds as yet for 2 months. I went to the Chatsworth Telkom shop they said that there is a telkom plus added to my account and i dont know anything about this i only gave permission for month to month R299 and not R900. They also said that it was automatically put in my account and i was told that its not not only me but a lot of customers are complaint about this. How many people money you'll are *****ing. Pleaae i want my money back today which you have ****** from my account. I have not got any response as yet. I even called the customer helpline but to no satifaction at all. The first amount was around 900 and the second amount was around R700. Its because of you that im having hassles in trading my vehicle. Please refund my money you stole from me and cancel my details off your system after you refunded me. Please send me the proof of payment by Monday 11 November 2024. If your custimers don't pay you then you treat them like dirt but when you are *****ing from your custimers you hide away. If i dont get all my money back by Monday i will go to the Ombudsman.
