Disgusting service from Telkom

<p>This is the second complaint made on hello peter. The wifi has been down twice in one month. Technicians have only come out to assess the problem and nothing has been done to fix the issue. No feedback has been given at all. My wifi has been down for the whole of December. Was repaired after a month of the fault being logged and worked for a few days. Then went off again so clearly the technician didn't do a good enough job the first time. This is really ridiculous Telkom!!! The levels of frustration has hit through the roof. I need this complaint to reach the highest levels within telkom as no one else bothers to respond to to fix the fault so us loyal telkom customers can refrained from giving telkom such bad publicity!</p>
