DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM TELKOM!!!

I have been billed for my account incorrectly from the month of October 2020 UP UNTIL NOW. Telkom staff promises you one thing via telephone and the next they billing you for incorrect amounts. I cannot cancel my contract because when i do call in there's no service, i go into my nearest branch they advise you to call in? The service is disgusting. The colleagues are useless can't explain anything, when the line cuts no call backs are given to the customer and you simply cannot get through to the call center for proper assistance. Completely **** service. I definitely will NOT recommend Telkom to anyone.
