Disgusting service from Telkom

Telkom has been messing with my business line for over a year now. Not sending any invoices or using the correct email adress to send a bill. They operate on call centres and no place where you can go to speak to someone. Making payments and your line gets blocked. When payment are made you still owe them before they can reconnect your line.
