disgusting service from telkom

We have a business our phone lines have been down from the 9 January 2018 numerous phone calls to Telkom and emails and still nothing has been done. they do not respond to emails, when you call all they tell you is you are the que no definite answers. we are losing business not mention the frustration of not being able to make a call. it is now the 23 January 2018 and still no word from Telkom, absolutely pathetic, disgusting and ***********.
