Disgusting service from Courier IT

I took out a new contract online with Telkom mobile on 20 June 2018. The amount of R349 was debited from my bank account and they ensured that I will receive my handset within 7-14 days. I was out of the country and upon my return i was told that the package is ready for delivery. The delivery man whom I happen to Know personally, Fabian Leeman who works for Courier IT, tells me that he has my package but doesnt feel like delivering it because he doesnt feel like being on the road today. NOW i ask what kind of customer service is that?
