Disgusting service!!!

Today, on the 8th of March 2022. I went to Jabulani mall Telkom store around 15h00, upon arrival one of the employees there approach me to assist me with my enquiry for the day. Then I explain to him what I came to do(upgrade) and what they said I should being(my payslip). He then goes on to ask for my payslip, I ask why, he says he works here so he'll assist me.. I give him then he starts analyzing and scrutizing my whole entire payslip and hands it back to me. I ask if he's no longer going to assist me. He said no he works at the door not the till. The disrespect I felt because clearly the reason he wanted it is because he wanted to see my earnings. Telkom has lost a customer because of this. I'm so upset! I'm not going to lie! To say I'm disappointed at their unprofessionalism is an understatement!!
