Disgusting service!

Disgusted service!

For about 5months now I have tried to cancel my contract with Telkom and they are still debuting my account even though I'm no longer using their service. I have followed up with them countless times and they are unable to cancel my subscription. The Southgate branch is useless I have asked for their help and now they have people calling me to say I owe them. Their internal system shows that I have tried countless times to cancel my account but no one from their team cares to help me.
