Disgusting service

I have had no internet since Tuesday. I have spoken to so many consultants I have lost track. My router is syncing o Telkoms side but it is not connecting on my side. I have now been told my job card has been closed as then issue is resolved. IT IS NOT RESOLVED. I do not know what to do. And when I ask for a manager to call me back no one has bothered and then I get given a **** email address to contact.
