DISGUSTING SERVICE EVERYTIME

TELKOM is becoming more pathetic every time I have to deal with them. I lost my phone and I'm trying to claim a cell phone I lost but I have paid Telkom for my insurance but now Admin PLUS is telling me Telkom is not confirming that I do have their insurance policy. And nobody is picking up a phone to call Telkom. When I call Telkom they tell me the insurance must call them. The service on both sides is the worst service I have ever received. Its' actually Zero stars from me. But there is no option for that here.
