Disgusting service

Telkom deducts my premuim on 15th of each month. Capitec had an issue with debit orders being collected on the 15th so obviously the next time to deduct will most probably month end ,this the first time I miss a monthly premuim,but in same month of May where premuim never went off telkom forwarded my information to Nudebt,without informing me,Nudebt created a debit order on my bank account and deducted 258 rand,I found it strange but because it said telkom I figure that they were deducted the premuim that never went off but I was confused why not take the full amount as the full amount is 364,and there was money in the account, then I remembered that my contract ends on 1st June maybe it a pro-rata,Eish now I am being charged by Nudebt R790 in arrears, mind you the 15th for June has not come and I been harassed by Nudebt to pay telkom for the premuim of June which has not even passed and after Nudebt just created their own debit order with out my authorisation to take 258 from my bank account on 30th of May,now I paid 258 already towards my premuim when my last payment was April then my next payment was 30th May which was deducted by Nutec then why has telkom put me under legal processes and put default on my name,within the month the premuim never went off ,it was not even a month ,then the legal debt collectors create debit orders of their own ro deduct their own amount ,all in the same month ,how come telkom has given third parties the right to create debit orders without my authorization, I have tried contact telkom they don't call you back,I called nudebt they sent me a sms with their number but lady insist on a reference number and guess what the sms has no reference, so no reference I can't help you she says and put phone down
