Disgusting Service

I would like to say how disappointed and disgusted I am with Telkom services first my account is suspended due to none payment but it was not even my debit order date then no one can assist I must wait till the debit goes off then today is my debit order date they don't deduct. I have called in to customer care 5times already everytime I get the same answer no one can help me I ask to speak to a manager then they drop the call. For a service provider their service is disgusting I will never refer them to anyone because they are useless and their staff is *********** including the managers as they cannot even take a call to assist a client. I will also not be renewing my contract with them I will look for another service provider.They can go to hell and yes they are not even going to reply or do anything regarding this complaint because what do they care.
