Disgusting Service

Absolutely terrible service from Telkom, my contract was upgraded it was done after the upgrade due date and still they charging me something called a device carrier fee. According to the agent Rozeena from the Chatsworth branch she said she has done everything correctly. She has logged 2 enquiries and still the second enquiry was not even opened up on Saturday when I went to follow up on it. I am absolutely disgusted with the service.
