Disgusting service!!!

Disgusting service!!!, I have been trying to cancel my WiFi LTE contract with them since July because I took on their fibre package, they still constantly deducting money from my account, their staff are useless, they take weeks to get back to you on email. Someone always gives you a different story on the phone which is a reflection of untrained staff. You most definitely have lost a customer.
