Disgusting service- do not expect help even if you want to UPGRADE your contract!

If I can give a MINUS 5 review for utter disgusting service from TELKOM I would... Thank you for NOTHING!!! I do not recommend this service provider to my worst enemy. Can you believe that to UPGRADE your mobile device is a mission? for the last 2 weeks I have NUMEROUS phone calls to the 10213 number to follow up on my upgrade as per their SMS they say "Please call 10213 if you want to follow up on your order and quote your reference..." AAAAANNNNNNNNDDDD GUESS WHAT???????!!!!! Nobody- not a single SALES PERSON can help me! They say I need a order number- they are not interested in the reference number I received and even though I received a call from Telkom on the same day I did an online upgrade- The Sales people tell me they can't find my order anywhere!!! So after two weeks of phoning and phoning, Telkom gives me a list of their service provider numbers to find out if they have stock of the device I want to upgrade to...... GUESS WHAT?! NOOOOOO ANSWER either!!! HOW can it be such a mission to have a contract UPGRADED?!?!?!? It's worse than pathetic. Thanks again for NOTHING Telkom!
