Disgusting Service Delivery at Telkom

Telkom is the worst service provider I have ever had to deal with. For several weeks We have been trying to get an upgrade done with the devices and accessories that they have listed in their current catalogue. However each time there is stock available at ant of the branches in my area. When we eventually settle on a device and accessory that is in stocks (I.must reiterate settled as we really did not want it) the system will not allow us to.complete the contract due to an outstanding amount on a landlines that we had canceled a year ago. The consultant at store level cannot have us more information and any attempt to reach their billing department is a fail.

Telkom how do you do business. Service delivery is DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!
